1: What are the prerequisites for the Day 3 Advanced track?
A: A good level of physical fitness and mental readiness. Participants must have successfully completed Day 1-2 of this Beijing Stunt Rigging Workshop OR demonstrate equivalent advanced wire work experience. If you believe you qualify based on prior training, please contact us with your qualifications for review before registering for Day 3 directly. (We don't offer Day 3 as a stand-alone option.) To attend day 3, 1 and 2 must be attended.
2: What kind of certification will I receive?
A: Day 1-2 attendees receive the "Beginner - Intermediate Level 1 Hollywood Action Wire Work Certification" upon passing a theoretical and physical examination. Day 3 attendees, having completed all three days, receive the "Advanced Level 2 Hollywood Action Wire Work Certification" upon successful completion of rigorous practical assessments.
3: Are meals and snacks provided?
A: Yes, delicious and energizing lunch Fruits and Nuts are provided on all workshop days to keep you focused and performing at your best.
4: Can I film myself during the workshop?
A: Absolutely! We highly encourage participants to film their own progress and practice sessions. This footage is invaluable for personal review, refining your technique, and for sharing on your social media. We only ask that you be mindful of other participants and our professional camera crew. We cannot accept slowing down the day's schedule. When we have to move one, we will so everyone can receive equal value!
5: How can Day 1-2 participants arrange specialized filming for their reels?
A: For Day 1-2 participants who desire personalized, high-quality filmed setups beyond the workshop's general promotional footage, exclusive private filming sessions can be arranged directly with Troy. These bespoke sessions can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time outside of the main workshop dates for an additional fee on the 10th.
6: What should I bring to the workshop?
A: Please bring comfortable, athletic clothing suitable for physical activity, a refillable water bottle, and any personal training gear you prefer (e.g., light tactical gloves if you use them). All necessary rigging equipment will be provided.
7: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation
Because this is a live event with limited spaces and significant advance planning costs, the following refund policy applies:
More than 60 Days Before the Event
Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
30–44 Days Before the Event
50% refund of the registration fee.
Less than 30 Days Before the Event
No refunds.
Less than 14 Days Before the Event
No refunds, transfers, or credits.
Ticket Transfers
If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval by the organizers.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the workshop is cancelled by the organizers for any reason:
Participants will receive a full refund of all workshop fees paid.
The organizers are not responsible for airfare, accommodation, visas, travel insurance, lost wages, or other expenses incurred.
Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Epidemics or pandemics
Civil unrest
Travel bans
Venue closures
Instructor illness or injury
In such cases, the organizers may offer:

8: What languages will the workshop be conducted in?
A: The primary language of instruction will be English. [Optional: Chinese), "Assistance with Mandarin translation will be available as needed."
9: What's the difference between Early bird prices, Standard and 'Late Comer pricing'?
A: Our Early Bird Pricing offers a significant discount and is available only to the first 6 buyers.
After the payment deadline of the 25th of July 'Late Comer Pricing' will apply, and prices for both the 2-Day Foundation Builder and the 3-Day Masterclass Intensive will increase by $200.
